Prices The UK print industry is continuing to deal with the severe impact and pressures that Brexit, Covid-19 and most recently the deeply concerning and uncertain situation across Ukraine, have had on our supply chain. This has resulted in a persistent rise in fuel, energy, transport and raw material costs. Our prices had not increased since July 2019 but sadly have had to rise recently. There is every likelihood that they will have increase again in the near future. Please make sure that you order enough for your needs.

Optional "Cello" bags for packing your printed greeting cards to keep them clean and saleable

"Cello" bags as they are popularly known are commonly used throughout the greeting card trade to keep the greeting cards clean, while awaiting sale. They are no longer made from cellophane though. They are actually made from "glass-clear" superior recycleable polycarbonate, rather that cellophane. The "cello" bags have a peel off self-adhesive strip for sealing. Many shops insist upon the cards being packed in cello bags to avoid the stock quickly becoming unsaleable with customer browsing and handling. As cello bags are so inexpensive it makes sense to use them if you are retailing your greeting cards, to avoid the cards and envelopes rapidly becoming grubby and unsaleable.

Our cello bags take one folded greeting card and one envelope. Most people put the envelope inside the folded card so that the front and back of the greeting card can be seen. All greeting cards are supplied flat and creased for you to easily fold accurately to the finished size.

Classic Greeting Cards Optional Greeting Card Packing Service

Most people pack their own greeting cards, especially for the smaller quantities of cards, but we can do it for you if you prefer. We pack one greeting card, with the free envelope into one paid for cello bag as above. This packing price is IN ADDITION to the price of the cello bags. This service adds a few days to the order time.Prices are plus VAT.

Need extra designs within your order?

Classic Greeting Cards printing prices assume that all the cards within the order quantity are printed exactly the same. If you want to order multiple images (i.e. 250 off each of two cards = 500 cards or 100 off each of five designs - 500 cards) we charge just £10 extra for each card AFTER the first one. Therefore two different cards within a quantity would add just £10 plus VAT. For example, 500 cards with five designs would cost the standard 500 price PLUS an extra £10 (plus VAT) for each extra image - 4 x £10 = £40 extra - plus VAT. Our design archive service will then store each card design for you, indefinitely. This extra charge per design also applies to reprints to cover the extra printing set-up costs and the costs in keeping the designs separate in production.

All our Greeting Cards are Printed on Forest Friendly Board

Just supply us with your image(s) and we will do the rest. Free layout - Free proofs - Free Envelopes - Free Mainland Delivery

All board used is certified as Forest Friendly and is Carbon Captured by The Woodland Trust. Our suppliers make regular payments to The Woodland Trust to help plant broad-leaf forests in the UK. These forests are for our leisure and wildlife use and will NEVER be felled for paper production. Trees are the lungs of the planet! After your cards are printed, we apply a very thin glossy film to the outside of the greeting cards. This shiny coating resists finger marks and give the greeting card a very attractive glossy finish. Naturally this extra process costs a little more.

Single sided or double sided greeting card printing available

Cards may be printed just one side (i.e. the outside front and the outside back of the card) or both sides (the outside front, the outside back and either or both of the insides). Printing the inside as well as the outside costs more, naturally. However, there is no extra charge to add your imprint and website details on the back, together with your logo and a thumbnail of the front of the card if required. Many people prefer to sell cards that are blank inside and if this is the case, you may want us to print "This card is blank inside" on the outside back of the card

Greeting card despatch is just 5-7 working days from proof acceptance - why wait?

We do not despatch or deliver at weekends. Diamond flap envelopes are FREE with every order. GB mainland delivery is also free. We also supply crystal clear Cello bags, ideal if you wish to resell your greetings cards. Cello bags are available at the checkout. Despatch takes a little longer if we pack the cards for you and for gloss finish greeting cards.

Greeting Card layout and proofing by post or email is FREE. Mainland delivery is FREE.

As our printing systems are carefully colour-calibrated to exact industry standards the colours of any CMYK image(s) supplied will be as accurate as can be achieved. However, variations will appear if your monitor is not also accurately calibrated or if you supply the images as RGB as all images and artwork have to be converted to the CMYK printing process during production, whoever does the printing for you. Please remember however, that the person who buys your greeting cards will not be comparing them with the original. An attractive image is still an attractive image even if it is different to the original.
