Once we have checked your order that it complies with legal requirements, we will send you a pro forma invoice. This is so that so that you can organise the payment from your treasurer or accounts office. Ordering is easy! You can pay by debit or debit card, or by BACS direct into our account. You will get a receipted VAT invoice for your records.
The minimum quantity we produce is 2000 tickets (400 books of 5 tickets). Ink colours vary - there is no choice of ink colour for each specific order. Paper is white. Naturally you will try to sell as many books as possible to make the maximum amount of money for your cause, so extra tickets are always useful as they are so inexpensive.
Standard delivery is 7-10 working days. An Express Service is available (5-7 working days approx) for urgent orders. Just add £18.00 (plus VAT - £21.60)
To keep prices down, we do not automatically supply a proof. Proofs are available if required at an extra cost of £8.00 (plus VAT - total of £9.60)
Most people sell in books of five tickets which is our standard. Finishing other than in books of five is available. Please ask for details
The print prices attract VAT at the full 20% rate. Please note that HM Revenue & Customs insist that even registered charities must also pay the full VAT on raffle tickets. We think that this is unfair but we do not make the rules. Why not write to your MP?
Supplying your own artwork
If you wish to supply your own finished artwork for printing, please follow the exact dimensions in this template. All artwork must be created BLACK ONLY as the ink colour is added at the printing stage. Any graphics added should be either line work or a minimum of 300dpi. Our imprint as printers is a legal requirement. Please supply the finished artwork as a Press Ready PDF, with all fonts embedded.
